- “Available on Order” products: Delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
2. International Shipping
- Orders shipped internationally are delivered within 5–10 business days after order fulfillment.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been successfully placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
- You can also view your purchase information in the “Your Orders” section of your MAASAI MARKETPLACE account.
- Our team will contact you via phone once your order has been dispatched for delivery.
4. Delivery Zones
We deliver to multiple zones both locally and internationally. Detailed zone information is available during the checkout process.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your order.
6. Delivery Delays
